ESSENCE* (15 min)

Become aware of your Triple Core©, improve posture, and explore essential movements that prepare you for every class. *Pre-requisite for all classes on your first day.

BOOST (5 min)

Quick sessions to reconnect with your Triple Core©, refresh posture, and carry mindful movement into your daily life.

AIR (15 min)

Focus on breath and circulation with static stretches that awaken your body, release tension, and energize your movements.

TOTAL FLOW (50 min)

Integrate core, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination in a full-body session that flows into one powerful practice.

DEFINE (25 min)

Sculpt and tone arms, shoulders, back, and posture while refining coordination through precise muscle isolation and controlled upper-body movements.

GROUND (25 min)

Strengthen legs and improve balance, stability, and coordination through grounded, controlled movements that connect your body through Triple Core©.

FLEX (25 min)

Combine dynamic and static stretches to enhance flexibility, mobility, and ease of movement while staying aware of your core and alignment.

SCULPT (15 min)

Rhina, founder of FLAMENCORE™, is a flamenco dancer and instructor with over 25 years of experience immersed in flamenco culture. Through her journey of dancing, teaching, and living the art form, she developed a unique way of sharing flamenco that eventually became the FLAMENCORE™ exercise method. Created for everyone, not just dancers or athletes, the method helps people feel good in their bodies and see real, lasting results.

Originally from Yokohama, Japan, Rhina is deeply passionate about health, beauty, and mindful living. She believes that every body is different and that there is a way for everyone to glow, feel confident, and be celebrated. Her teaching focuses on deep core activation, isometric muscle control, flexibility, and posture, offering lifelong skills that support healthy habits, a positive mindset, and timeless beauty.

Rooted in consistency and the philosophy of continuous improvement (Kaizen), Rhina makes effective movement feel accessible and sustainable. Classes allow each individual to move at their own pace, integrate the method into daily life, and stay consistent without boredom, guided by inspiring, meditative flamenco music that helps the body flow naturally.
